Pre-School Praise

Every Tuesday
09:15 - 11am

Our toddler group provides a place where parents and carers can bring their young children to enjoy play activities and socialise.

The group is for parents and carers and their children aged 0-3 years.

Attending the group can:

  • give parents and carers a chance to get support and advice;

  • start children meeting and interacting with other children; and

  • help prepare children for starting day care and nursery education.

EBC Bible Study

If you have been wondering where you can meet new people in a smaller setting and discover a deeper sense of connection to the church, then our bible study is the answer.

The Group consists of about 8-15 people. We are informal, friendly and supportive, providing an ideal setting in which to meet new people. Our bible study is designed to be life-enriching times of social interaction and spiritual growth. We pray together, talk about God’s Word and discuss how we can live an effective Christian life.

We are about doing life, sharing life and enjoying life

Bible Study & Coffee Afternoon

Every Thursday

Bible Study 1.30 - 2:15pm

Coffee Afternoon

2:30 - 4.00pm

Love the Lord, Learn a lot, and Laugh loudly!
The Thursday bible study group invite you to meet other local people who are interested in studying the Bible, learn from God’s Word and see one another become transformed by His impact on our lives.

Members Bible knowledge varies, but as we share together, our love for Jesus helps our faith to grow and we find that we learn from each other’s experience and answers.

There are various social events held from a lunch or  outings, we are a very friendly, caring group who continue to meet socially after the bible study for coffee/tea and cake!

All welcome

at EPWORTH BAPTIST CHURCH

“The foodbank was there when we really needed it, it was an absolute lifeline.”

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
